Vacant for seven years, this 3,300 sq ft home faced challenges including water damage, mould, bees, and a house that had settled over time, but the beautiful structure remained. We opened up the kitchen, added a large bathroom, relevelled the floors, replaced the upstairs windows, and reinsulated every exterior wall. Today, it's the perfect gathering place for generations of family.

A 1990s condo, completely refreshed by Allen Construction.
Still in its original condition, this condo became bright and open once Allen Construction removed a wall and built the kitchen around a large island. We also replaced the flooring, doors, casing and baseboards, installed a modern stair railing, and repainted throughout. The result is exactly what the owners had pictured.
